Order Acceptance and Submissions

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Eclipse Car Tuner reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Eclipse Car Tuner reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Eclipse Car Tuner may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

*International orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. Eclipse Car Tuner is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional fees for international orders.*

Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments

All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Eclipse Car Tuner ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. Eclipse Car Tuner shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargeback's, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Eclipse Car Tuner shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Eclipse Car Tuner shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Eclipse Car Tuner shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Return/Cancellation Policy

Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECIEVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM Eclipse Car Tuner and must have a valid RMA number.
